Fat free Yogurt

Fat free yogurt is number one healthy food if you want to lose weight fast. Yogurt play multi roles in order to make you healthy. Yogurt keeps your metabolism active and if your metabolism rate is high then is great chance for you to reduce the weight fast. Another thing i would like to mention is try your best to eat fresh yogurt in empty stomach. Because yogurt play an important role when you eat it in an empty stomach as compared to when you eat it after meal. So chance of benefits of eating yogurt are increased when you eat it in an empty stomach. Yogurt contains healthy bacteria that are useful to your body and they increase the metabolism rate as well as yogurt also contains sufficient amount of calcium as well.

There is misconception about eggs yolk that it causes heart attacks and increase the blood cholesterol etc. But recent studies proved it wrong. recent studies shows that the concept of eggs to cause heart attacks is wrong. There are many reasons in which your body can not reduce weight fast like over eating. eating sugary products, wrong choice of food and many more.

Over eating
People eat too much food as compared to food they need so in result they gain their weight, and when they eat less and consume more they loose weight. People normally loose self control when eating food or when trying to lose weight. Main thing is that they don wanna stat from today. They keep it pending tomorrow and each day again changes in to tomorrow..

Choice of food
Another reason of gain weight is people choose wrong choice to their food. Always makes a choice of healthy food. Healthy food not only keeps you away from getting fat but also prevent you from over aging as well as keeps your metabolism in normal rate. So make choice of healthy food which include vegetables, beans, fruits, eggs, milk and many natural materials etc.

Lack of exercise/ low exercise rate
Exercise has huge impact on your weight gain and loss. For example there are two persons has has no workout in his life and there is another person who has lots of activities like he burns 1000 calories a day, obviously second person will lose weight faster as compared to first one. So exercise plays a huge role in a persons life if he or she wants to lose weight fast. One more important thing is exercise plays a vital role in anti aging, metabolism rate increase.

Sugary food
Sugary food are also a barrier to losing weight fast. Sugary food reduce the metabolism rate and thus increases the chances to gain weight fast. Sugary foods include dairy products, like butter, sugar, alcohol, sweats, chocolates, beverages etc.
